Hi LBSA! I am a sophomore currently intending to major in Business Admin and Global Studies. Though I'm originally from Mountain View, I have lived in a wide array of cities across the Bay Area and Central Valley. With this, I've been exposed to many different demographics and education systems within the schools I've attended. The high school I graduated from in Livingston, CA was predominantly first-generation Latinx, which heavily aligned me with my own Mexican identity and first-generation college student status.

When I learned that LBSA offered an Academic Affairs committee, I knew it was definitely something I could see myself taking part in. After being an intern for the Academic Affairs committee during my first two semesters at Cal, I decided to run for the position with the intention of continuing LBSA's mission of making educational resources equitable and accessible for our Latinx student population. I'm excited to contribute my ideas to this committee and the organization as a whole over the next three years!
